  • We offer a myriad of therapy and counseling services that are determined after our initial meeting. Through a safe and non-judgemental collaborative space, we will work together to get to the root of the behaviors you want to be addressed and work on a mental wellness plan from there.

  • Appointments are typically an hour long.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.

    Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.

  • The forms of payment accepted are cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • Yes, for insurance verification I will need the following.

    If not primary subscriber provide:

    Name & DOB of the primary subscriber

    Out-of-Network

    Many clients are able to utilize their out-of-network benefits for counseling services and get reimbursed by their insurance company. I will provide you with a copy of a superbill which you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Crisis Resources

Crisis Text Hotline

Counselors are available to help with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Emotional Abuse, Suicide, Self-harm, and more. Text “HELLO” to 741741. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the U.S.

LGBT National Hotline

The LGBT Hotline is for all ages, providing a safe space that is anonymous and confidential where callers can speak on many different issues and concerns including, but limited to, coming out issues, gender and/or sexual identities, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and much more. Call 1-888-843-4564, Monday-Friday, from 4 pm to midnight EST, and Saturday, from noon to 5 pm EST.

National Domestic Violence Hotline

If you or someone you know is in a relationship being controlled by another individual through verbal, physical, or sexual abuse, please call 1-800-799-7233, chat live with someone online, or text “START” to 88788.

Veterans Crisis Line

If you’re thinking about hurting yourself, having thoughts of suicide, or becoming self-destructive, there are responders ready to help. Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and press 1 or text 838255. You may also access the Veterans Crisis Chat on the web. The Veterans Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline provides trans peer support. The Lifeline is run by and for trans people. Call 1-877-565-8860. The Lifeline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Disaster Distress Helpline

The Disaster Distress Hotline provides crisis counseling and support to people experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters. Call or text 1-800-985-5990. The helpline is multilingual and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
